ZDayZ X 2013 highlight reel
ZdayZ 2013 was a blast as usual. I arrived on Wednesday, took an evening stroll on the Tail of Dragon. Had some smokey brakes afterwards. After cool down I had a return night drive. Not bad at all.

Thursday was time for the top dog airstrip challenge. This was fun as usual. Arrived a it late. But a lot of exiting runs took place. More than a few Alpha GTRs were in attendance with as Topspeed Motorsports built Alpha 12 GTR taking the prize.

Friday had the drop top cruise. We cruised to one of the look out points on Cherohala Skyway, the took a back way on HWY 28 back to Fontana Village Resort. That was a new route for me and quite enjoyable. I saw some cars just heading out for the poker run and took some shots and a cruise of the resort. Saw the Juke-R. Awesome.

I met up with some Atlanta Infiniti owners from Team Kaizen, Insane Stance and Offset , Atlanta G's and Infiniti ATL for an afternoon cruise

Saturday. Rain, overnight from Friday and up until around mid day. Still had the scheduled car show. I think a few entrants decided to sleep in, but for the hardcore there was a very good selection to judge from. I "voluntold" this year for judging and that was fun and interesting to say the least.
In the afternoon we did the customary Dam Foto at Fontana Dam. Super fun as always.
Apart from the dinner/banquet and other night time activities it was a wrap on Sunday.
The exhaust competition wrapped up the daytime activities. Last entrant for the day had an epic "run". Best seen in the GoPro video of the video I took. A few more video to come.

The rain returned and allowed for some awesome shots by the river and dam around 8am.

I then decided to visit the ER after losing to the door jam with a broken finger tip for the rest of Sunday morning. ER visits. Always good times. :/
